– Salaried ABS Employee Proposal: Presented by Autumn Ramsay, much discussion of the benefits and risks to the ABS did not result in a motion or action taken at this meeting.

 

(3) Disposition of donations in memory of Walter Campbell (Koppedrayer):

– A motion by King, seconded by Connor, that “Funds donated in the memory of Walter Campbell shall be dedicated toward reprinting his book on the Savannah, Georgia Station” carried unanimously.

 

(4) Ned Jaquith Foundation:

– Collection of grant followup data is actively being pursued and will be reported to the ABS Board when compiled.

 

(5) Student Membership:

– Having provided satisfactory documentation, a 1-year student membership was approved for Dakshata Koli.

 

(6) ABS Conference 2026 (Meckes) –

– Dates are 15.Oct (Thursday) through 18.Oct (Sunday).

– Field trips are planned for that Sunday.

– The venue and meeting hotel arrangements are now confirmed.
