Bamboos at LA Arboretum

- The Los Angeles County Arboretum has a superb collection of bamboo in the ground. The Southern California Chapter of the American Bamboo Society is planning an informal tour of these wonderful specimens. Cost is expected to be $18 for admission. Plan on doing a lot of walking so come rested. Many films and some music videos have been produced in part here so along with the bamboo species review we’ll be chatting about entertainment. If you know something we don’t tell us on the tour! Let’s gather at the ticket office together before heading out.
